Anyone have a recipe for how PJ’s, Puccino’s, or other coffee shops make their granitas? I’m looking for a formula for bulk granita.

Following. Love that shite, but PJ's granita machines are broken down more than McDonald's ice cream machines!!

Exactly why I posted here. I figured someone worked at these coffee shops. Morning Call has a good frozen coffee as well.

I know there is no ice cream in PJ’s. I can taste caramel in Puccino’s. Just need a recipe so I can break it down in smaller batches.

I used to volunteer at a place that served frozen granita.
We used drip coffee, whole milk, brown sugar, & a few shots of vanilla syrup. Don’t remember the exact quantities
