Do you refrigerate yours? I just can’t see the necessity. It’s olive oil, vinegar and water along with the seasoning packet. None of those require refrigeration.

We do. What does the packaging say?

Edit: package recommends that the dressing be refrigerated to maintain freshness.

Packaging says to refrigerate it if you want to keep
It for up to 4 weeks. I won’t keep it that long. I was asking cause it’s gonna separate once it cools and it’s a PIA to have to let it sit and warm up so you can shake it up before it’s next use.

It doesn't last long enough at my house to lose freshness even if it is not refrigerated.

I have several envelops in the pantry, I usually opt for just making my own recipe, I find that if you don't use GS with a few days it tastes funky, refrig or not. I have a pretty nice herb garden, it only takes a few minutes to make my own, if I took the time to make a salad, I'll whip up a dressing.

I mostly use it as a marinade rather than a salad dressing

Team no fridge. Doesn’t last longer than a week in our house to worry about it going bad.
