finally tried it for the first time today. (just opened last year but apparently there's been one in Bossier since 2003 )

here's the MENU for the one on Youree (there's also one in downtown Shreve apparently)

I had the chicken salad sandwich (w/ pecans and grapes + lettuce and some surprisingly fresh tomatoes) on a croissant. for my side I got their tomato basil soup, which was a little too thick for my taste but had a good flavor - they offer about 6 different sides with sandwiches (chips, fries, soup of the day, potato salad, etc.) also came w/ a cookie

has anybody else been and if so have you tried their poboys yet?

I didn't love their roast beef, but their shrimp and corn chowder is $$$$. The BLT and the california club were both really good.

I had a poboy that was OK, but I had it their first week open, so I'm not writing it off just yet. The cookies are delicious. I hear the burgers are really good, too. The rest of the desserts are pretty awesome as well.

I'm glad to hear that it's good because my office is moving in the office building right behind it. It's good to have a decent lunch place within a short walking distance.

I go 2-3 times a month. The roast beef panini with the horseradish is great. I like the tomato basil as well. I've never had anything bad there. All in all, a great sandwich shop. The burgers at the one in Bossier are very good too. They've also opened one on Youree I think...

Try the chiken fingers. they may be the best I've ever had. They marinate them in La hot sauce overnight. Their dip sauce is not as good as Cane's but whatever, make your own.

They make a really good burger.

The poboys (shrimp and catfish are all I've tried) are good, but small.

Cheesy chicken tortilla soup is good when they have it. Got a little kick to it which is nice.

The raspberry tea is ok, but not sweet enough for me. I usually add 2 Sweet and Lows per cup.

We've been going to the one in Bossier for about 5 yrs. now. I've only been to the one on Youree once and never downtown to take that fwiw.

Good Eats Panini Trays are great for a game or party. Had the Chik salad sandwich last night and was good.

For something different, try the Brisket Poboy from Fairfield Grocery & Market in Bellemeade Center on Youree.

The grilled cheese and tomato soup is awesome, especially if it's cold or you are sick.

This is exactly what I had in the Bossier location two years ago. It was excellent.
My problem with Good Eats is the take out deli stuff. It is HEAVILY SALTED.
