Never been to one, trying to figure out how this works. Do you sit down, and they bring meats around and you choose what you want?

You sit down and get your drinks and shite like normal. Then you go up to their massive salad bar to get whatever you want. Then sit down and flip over the little circle card they give you. Flip to green and they'll start bringing around meats to your table that you can accept or reject.

Exactly how it works. All you want. You can eat 10 lbs of filet if you can do it.

I went for my birthday one time. It was an early dinner, then hit up JLs for free drinks...not a good combo. Meat ended up on the wall and floor in the middle of the night
