Ok, I know about Geno's but anymore suggestions to eat while in Philly. Going for a few days to check the city out, and see Levon Helm Saturday night.

Go to any real pizza place and get a large stromboli.

I went to Larry's right across from the St. Joe's field house and it was absolutely amazing. But I'm sure Geno's will hit your cheese steak itch. Larry's was downright heavenly though.

He's playing at The Electric Factory...I think it is downtown, I hear its not the best place for a show, but Levon never comes down here, so I figured I need to go where he is.

Pat's is better than genos

Pat's and Geno's are right across the street from each other, so you might as well try both... both are touristy though. I personally prefer Tony Luke's, Jim's Steaks, Grimaldi's, and Steve's...

As for nightlife/bars check out the Firehouse, its an old converted firehouse (go figure) pretty cool.

Pat's and Geno's are definately more touristy. Jim's Steaks is the place to go to get a good philly sandwich. Flu, love your sig pic.
