I went 250 for 2 hours spraying with apple juice/water mix every 30 minutes. Wrapped in foil with butter, brown sugar, honey mix on the foil meat side down. Let cook another hour and a half. Let rest for 15 minutes then glazed then put back on for 15 more minutes and then cut em up.
