My wife bought me a plant this year as a joke. Well, I have four ripe peppers now and was considering using some for a dish. Any recommendations? I was considering a Panang Curry since it's an Indian dish.

maybe dehydrate and put them in a food processor to make ghost pepper flakes

Panang curry is Thai.

Just because it has curry in it doesn't make it Indian

That's what I'd do. I'd use it for something I need heat without too much flavor.

Do a search for "ghost pepper videos" and then decide how you will eat them. If you don't throw them away then make a video and post it here.
This guy calls for his mom and complains about his ears.

I looked for the video of the older guy on vacation who ate one while outside on a recliner. He was fine until about 30 minutes later after they had gone inside. They rushed him to the hospital but there was nothing they could do. He had to deal with it and live through it which he said ruined 3 days of his vacation.

Make sure to put the dehydrator outdoors, I made the mistake of dehydrating ghost chilis and even the Mexicans couldn't take the fumes

I made that mistake once. My eyes were couldnt take walking into the kitchen.
I moved them to a bathroom with a serious vent the next couple of batches

My man. Ghost pepper jelly is the tits. I made some with my ghosts last year and it was awesome. Brie is also a good choice to pair.
