Is this my mind playing tricks on me?
Bought a four pack last weekend and was drinking on and it felt overly bitter compared to a bottle with the same date on it.

I know the same happened to envie when they started canning it a few years ago. I think they sent the envie to a place in Florida or something to be canned and it changed the taste. Other breweries have done the same and it always seems to be worse

Everything hits better out of a bottle IMO

I prefer my Ghost straight from a party ball

I agree Falco... it's an average beer out of the can. It's still great on tap

Yeah they were contract brewing Envie at Brew Hub for a little while to increase capacity. Fortunately they added more tanks in house and no longer do that

They did recently buy a few acres of land behind their brewery to expand more but no telling when that will get started

With the latest activity with craft beers, I would not blame them for getting a little chill in their feet.

As convenient as the cans are, I too think it’s better from the bottle. Better value too atleast in my area. $17 cans vs $11.50 bottles
