Plan far ahead. The weekend wait there is absurd. Probably the last 3 times I've tried to go to the one on Siegen we've left because the wait was well over an hour. You can't beat it for the price though.

Bone in ribeye was good. Good value for the price. The green bean side was solid also. A couple of people at the table ordered their steaks medium and they came out rare. They sent them back for more cook time and got fresh sides brought out with it.
Overall, as many said, good value for the price and on the better end of big chain restaurants.
For a direct comparison to another big chain steak house imo…

Yea, it’s not a world class steakhouse but outside the wait times I’m not upset if people want to head there for a casual meal
