Thanks to all for the great recommendations, ended up going with the Ambrosia Fresh Strawberry this time..

weve gotten all my sons cakes from Albertsons (george oneal)

you woudlnt think it, but they have been really good taste wise and have been able to decorate it no matter what we requested
and a fraction of what a place like Ambrosia would cost
highly recommend

How many people ? A slice of Carrot cake is beyond huge. To go, it comes in a foil pan. It should feed 10 people.
