my dad keeps trying to grow bell peppers but they are always weird shaped and small in size at about 2" round on average
can anyone suggest what i could tell him to do to get bigger normal looking bell peppers? im not looking for the big perfect store bought size, but damn his peppers look so pathetic and sad, there must be a way to do better. he just buys his seeds at home depot or maybe walmart i think

We planted a mixed bag this yr
Cucumbers took over most of my
tomatoes stacks
Creoles
heirloom
Mammoth jalapeño
Serano
Habanero
Cowhorns
And Ed’s “devils crotch” Carolina reapers
And just did a fresh canning of bread n butter pickles, dill and spicy green beans
Salsa and hot sauce incoming
