What are ya'll cooking Saturday? I'm doing ribs, dirty rice, pot salad and beans. Cold beer and 4 Roses bourbon to wash it down.

Looking at grilling shrimp wrapped in bacon, chicken wings, pork chops, boudin,and green onion sausage. Pork&beans, macaroni, and ice cold white cans on the side!!

Shrimp and grits, then a takeoff on Coney Island dogs I call Avery Island dogs. Cooking the dogs in crab boil, then offer chili, cheese, etc to top.
