What y'all cooking for the game tomorrow? Thinking of smoking a Boston Butt and doing pulled pork sliders. Miller Light and Four Roses/water.

Single Barrel, Small Batch, or Single Barrel Select?

(That is the order of price/quality, correct?)

It’s funny, because when you go to a nice restaurant bar they’ll have all three. Ask for 4 Roses and they say which one…IDFK. I’m sure one of those is expensive and if I randomly choose I’m sure it’ll be that one.

The Battle for the Bonham Trophy will be celebrated with beef burnt ends, brisket, pork loin, and sausage (of course) on the smoker.

Venison Chorizo Queso for starters. Washed down with Ranch Waters and ice cold Shiner Premium.

For future reference there is a "regular" Four Roses that is cheap (sometimes referred to as Yellow Label), then there is Small Batch, then Single Barrel, then Small Batch Select. Then if you want to get deeper, there are Single Barrel Barrel Strength picks which are the most expensive, and not often in restaurants.

ETA: there are also Small Batch Limited Editions that are a yearly release and even more expensive than the Barrel Strength picks.
