FYI - Ralph’s has $2.99 whole brisket & $10 whole smoked butt

The smoked butts are $10 each, briskets are $2.99 lb.
the butts are available this Fri-Sun. Only 96 a day at each store.

Side question/ thread highjack. It seems beef tenderloin was another popular sale item this week. (Roberts, Matherne's, Winn Dixie).
I trimmed it up best I could. Cooking the chateaubriand for tomorrow and made steaks out of most of the rest of it. Two questions. Any FDB suggestions to do with the trimmings? And what's the best use of the tenderloin tip?
