I've had them for close to 11 months now in the freezer, think they are still good?

They should be fine as long as they are sealed well with no freezer burn. I've used them older than that.

1 year for frozen is the rule of thumb.

Don’t worry. The Chinese pollutants and heavy metal poisoning will still be just as good.
