I have two choices. Riceland Farms and Boudreux's.
Riceland I have used before and liked. Haven't done B's.
B's is 30% less cost by weight.
It's for Ettouffee.
What say the experts?
Spend more for Riceland or is B's just as good?

Riceland's is Louisiana crawfish. Boudreaux's is Chinese. The fat on the Boudreauxs crawfish will have gone rancid

I don’t know about riceland but Boudreaux’s is definitely Chinese and you will be disappointed.

When in doubt about the origin of the product, look at the info on the back of the package. Cheaper seafood products are usually labeled "Product of China".

Always get Riceland (pretty sure it’s from Eunice). Even though it’s more than 2x the Chinese garbage.

Riceland is good quality. I've used it a number of times when fresh tails weren't available. Do not use the Chinese brand.
