Got some frog legs from Hebert's while I was in Abbeville a few weekends ago. I have never cooked them before and was planning on cooking them tonight. I was just going to grill them on the Egg. Any other ideas on how to prepare them? Thanks.

Frog leg sauce picante. I'm gonna look for my receipt.
Then fry the rest.

I knew I could fry them, I was just kind of interested in another way to cook them. Just want to try them a different way.

Best fried...dredge in corn starch after washing them. Then dip in buttermilk and back into seasoned four.

Fry at 350 until golden and floating.Drain on a wire rack. Awesome.

BBQ them on the damn grill then. Just like chicken...season with your fav Creaole/Cajun seasoning...grill a few minutes per side, sauce well with you fav sauce, carmelize the sauce a bit and enjoy. Damn good.

Fry them. Use a lemon pepper marinade before hand.
