I fried a turkey for Thanksgiving. No one hardly ate. Csn I deep fry again and serve hot? Asking for opinions?

If it’s frozen solid I say go for it. Make sure you fill the pot to the brim with oil though.

No one hardly ate? So did you carve it? If they ate something, you had to carve it, huh?

I’ve never heard of refrying a turkey. Why not just carve it and hit in oven? Or debone and throw into a gumbo?
