I hope someone does make one, and someone does, pray, tell. I find BR very lean on the FGT front. I love them.

Chelsea's does a solid FGT plate over spring mix.

Of similar category to my palate's liking, DiGuilio's Meatball & Eggplant Poboy rocks.

Dempsey's runs a fried green tomato special on certain days. I never thought to make them into a poboy, but that sounds awesome.
I just googled and it seems most are served with remoulade sauce, which Dempsey's also carries. I'm DEFINITELY trying this out.

i was going to suggest going to a place that serves them, and ask if they will make it into a poboy. i'm sure they would.

Someone else posted it already, but whole foods makes a pretty delicious one. Topped with shrimp or crawfish remoulade.
