I’m going to the seafood market tomorrow and only have a grill that I would like to cook on. What’s some good recipes for fish I can cook? I’m having a hard time figuring out what fish to cook up and the best way to cook it.

Honestly if your fish is that fresh, just some salt, pepper, butter, and lemon is all you need. Brush with olive oil first if you're grilling it.

Destin Ice House is a great choice for seafood and supplies, in addition to Sexton’s.

Brush with olive oil, coat liberally with Cavendar’s Greek seasoning and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Maybe while you're out, stop in a place with home goods and pick up a cheap non-stick pan you can throw out if needed. Pan fry or saute with some oil and spices you enjoy. Can also grill at the same time.

We make fish tacos regularly when at the beach. We used skamp when were there a couple of weeks ago.

Snapper on the halfshell grills well. Cobia is also a good fish to grill. Pompano with the skin on would be delicious as well. Just talk to the people working the counter at the fish market and they should be able to point you in the right direction.
