It's not uncommon for more casual restaurants to do a "free" night for a soft opening.

No wonder that place was packed when I drove by Winn Dixie. I assumed it was a grand opening, no idea everything was free!

Went yesterday and it was pretty good food(for free at least). Free tin roof 
I also heard a rumor that they're doing it again today...
