Forgot how much I miss New Olreans sometimes this past weekend

Got in town on Thursday afternoon. Did some day drinking at Pat O's patio for a little while. Then tried to go eat at Mr. B's but they said they were closed, it was just after 9 
Anyways, we ended up at August. I had the best meal of my life. Started with Gnocci with blue crab and black truffle, then had the duck, followed by all the desserts. We couldn't decide. They just brought them all.
Next day woke up and had Mothers Ferdi special. So good. That night we had dinner at Herbsaint. Wow!
The next night was the wedding and that of course topped it all off. It was catered by Besh and August. They had all these stations set up and it was unreal.
The food down there is on a different level!

Wish I would have gotten some at dinner Thursday night. We were midly intoxicated though. I was in there with shorts a polo shirt and nike flip flops on. It was kind of funny
