Have you ever eaten fried shrimp heads at a sushi restaurant? Pure awesomeness.

I like to slice hogs head cheese thin and use it on sandwiches alongside cajun turkey, pepperjack, honey mustard, and sweet relish.

Chef Duff also mentioned shrimp heads as his favorite on the show "The Best Thing I've Ever Eaten"

Ketchup on plain Lays or Ruffles chips. Ketchup isn't strange on fries.

Peanut butter and thin sliced green apple sandwiches.

Grilled smoked Swiss cheese sandwiches with thinly sliced red bell pepper.

Same as above with fresh tomato. Bacon optional.

Crushed Cool Ranch Doritos on a DiGionrno frozen pizza (Pot was involved in this decision, but it was good).

Sliced pineapple and bacon sandwich.

Sliced Vidalia onion sandwich.

Grilled sliced Vidalia onion and provalone sandwich.

And on, and on. I like to play with food and differnt tastes. Most of it simple, but good. A sandwich is the perfect palate to try differnet stuff together.

On a cruise once we had fresh pineapple slices flamed in vodka and fresh cracked black pepper. Was very good.
