Foods You Couldn't Do Without?

I could probably list a long one here, but I'll just name the top ones for me. I couldn't imagine giving up fried chicken or tacos. Like most I can be triggered just by smelling certain food like bacon sizzling on a skillet in the morning. What about you?

Easy one---seafood. I know it's a broad base, but growing up in N.O. and eating fresh out the water oysters, fish, crabs, crawfish, shrimp, etc. would wreck my head if they were no longer available to me.
