I’m planning to start long-term storing food for use in case of future food shortages.
Any recommendations for where to purchase these?
I looked on Amazon and they want some stupid amount over $25 per bucket.

Lowe’s has them. I get them to store filtered grease for my fryer.

check with your local chuch of jesus christ of latter day saints, they are OG doomsday preppers, plus they are typically very nice, though they probably wont stop at helping you prep, they will want to convert you as well.

Firehouse subs will sell you pickle buckets, I think $2 each with a lid.
