Flanken style beef ribs

Any guys have any experience with these style ribs? Ideas or suggestions, maybe?

I marinate them in a 7up/sweet chili sauce concoction, smoke for a while and crank up the heat to sear.
Have done them a few times and they have always been a hit.

They’re great. Flanken is like Korean style but a little thicker
