Grin and bear it. Its late 80s, early 90s country club food with just enough Asian fusion to make it less appetizing. The Dean of Restaurant Critcs loves it. Nuff said

Overly wrought dishes with a protein stacked on a starch with a vegetable medley on the side. 3 or 4 too many elements on the plate, ingredients shipped in and very little reliance on local products. I think Pelican Club is one of the worst restaurants in the city.
