Has anyone had the chance to taste this? A friend of mine had an open bottle and we drank a very small amount for a birthday toast and it was by far the best bourbon I have ever drank. For reference we drank a little Pappy 12 year before and had the Hirsch right after. It made Pappy taste like Jack Daniels. Come to find out there is a book about it called “The Greatest Bourbon You Will Never Taste.” Let me know if you’ve had it and if you feel the same/different about it. Also, if anyone has a bottle for sale by chance please let me know. I would definitely be interested in buying a bottle (opened or not). If opened I would like to sample before purchase to ensure it’s legit.

Well it’s 4x more expensive than pappy so it better be pretty damn good to be worth the price

I’m a cheap arse SOB and I would pay 3K+ for a bottle of the best Bourbon you’ll never taste. I’m not gonna try to BS anyone but it was by far the best thing I’ve tasted. Pappy 12 year had a pepper type finish. Hirsh was smooth from start to finish. It really was amazing and I hope everyone doesn't think I’m embellishing this bourbon but it’s absolutely amazing and it so depressing that we will likely never get something like this again. We need the Kentucky Distillers to get together and make another Supreme Bourbon like this. It’s too good to not try to replicate.

The distiller used the Jim Beam mashbill, FYI.
Also, if it makes you feel better Lot B isn’t all that great, IMO
