Any tips? Boiling a sack, is one jar enough? I know it has instructions on the jar, but does it need anything else? Liquid, salt, red pepper? Thanks

I used Cajunland recently for the first time. I liked it. But definitely need to add a bottle of liquid boil, a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce, and throw in a couple of Zatarain bags also. I also add a small jar of mustard. Good but wasn't too spicy. I also added 1 small bag of Louisiana seafood boil.

Yes, extra spice. Liquid boil and Chinese red pepper

No way, unless it has very little salt in the Cajun land.

You could add 10 boxes of salt and they wouldn't be any more salty. Once the osmotic pressure balances it doesn't matter.

How long did you let them soak?

Cajunland + chackbay and maybe some extra cayenne. Simple but great flavor.

I was Similarly unimpressed with Cajunland.

I’ve been a Zatarans guy for a while and havent been impressed by any other brand ive tried.
