Finding beef short ribs in NO?

Any place in the area (can be metairie/kenner/slidell too) that you'd recommend that can get them?

Ask at Costco for a plate of whole ribs. They come 4 to a cryovac pack

They usually put them out on Fridays at the BR Costco.

Appreciate it, guess it depends on the day for Costco as I went there and asked before with no luck.

Find a Mexican carniceria. They always have them and they're cheaper there than anywhere else.

Exactly..a lot more bone than meat..Same with their country ribs. They package it so you can't tell until you get home/open it up. Pisses me off..I quit buying them from Rouses.
