It's what you want in an ipa. Mango nose. Mouthfeel is medium (similar to timber beast). Taste is similar to so pro ipa--chewy cat piss--and lingering hoppiness. It's great

Yes Gary, yes.

If that's a good thing, I'm with you...

ETA: This beer is really hitting the spot. Just got home from a day of running errands with the wife. Loving the fact that I CAN run errands with my wife AND that I can drink a fantastic beer...

I agree. Tastes like a cucumber vinegar salad. I drank a bit then then gave the rest the tetu treatment.

You have to hand it to CCB for their creativity. Not everything is going to be a home run, but at least they are trying.

How do you have any taste buds left with all those IPA's you drank today???

ETA: Did Ham get to try the Tropical Slam?

I had basically everything kim had today besides the envie. Sticky Hands was one of the best thing's i've ever put into my mouth, and we all know I've put some wild things in there before.

back home and beat. done for the night.

I had to have another with my Salmon.

HUB IPX IPA with Chinook hops. This is a really nice beer. Not very bitter but very smooth. It's not a session beer, but I could drink these one after another.

The beer may be safe for salmon, but I'm not.

I agree, as far as my mouth is concerned. Great beer.

The Tropical Slam is a one off. The original recipe is my favorite DIPA. Block 15 does one batch of SH every month. Every other month they make the original recipe and on the off month they do a one off of Sticky Hands.

They have been trying to perfect the original recipe since they started making it about a year ago. The batch they released in April was perfect, according to the brewer. I was unable to try it. I look forward to trying it in June.

Block 15 is known for their Belgian stuff. They just made Sticky Hands to show off.
