Pretty good, huh?

Im wondering why I've never tried it! I think I may have put a touch to much bourbon but it's still really tasty

NBD is a founders dark penance. Damn fine beer.

Want a little more roast, but I'm not mad at this hop forward brew. Killer nose and nice hop bite.

At the very least have an Pale Ale on tap....

The owner has been on this board from the beginning.

*here's looking at you JeepFreak

I could just text you and ask you to get a pale ale on draft, but I don't want to bug you.

4BD is a DC Brau The Corruption IPA. Next and last beer will be a stout.

I like the BIPAs that lean toward the IPA side.

I'll see what I can find, Kim. It's a limited release from founders. If I can find it, I'll bring a 4 pack to BR in a couple weeks with your name on it. Just assuming y'all didn't get it.

FBD. Not going to lie. I prefer BT Cocodrie to this. Both are hoppy tripels, but Cocodrie meshes the fruity hops with with sweet malt better.

FBD

Lots of pine and grapefruit peel. Not any sweetness to speak of. Slight apricot flavor. Overall not bad, Im glad it's more medium body than it looks .. heavy malt / mouthfeel would ruin it. Reminds me of Endeavor.

Listening to Johnny Dodds Collection 1923 - 29.

Turn the bottle on it side and gently roll....

Properly pour, then splash bourbon in it!
