NBD is a Hop D. This beer just doesn't quite do it for me. Oh well. Last one. It has to go.

I tried the last release and I liked it. It was good, but a little on the thin side IMO.

Is that old Ron? Been looking to pick up some bombers of it and haven't been able to find any. I figured Abita quit brewing it since it's listed as seasonal. They need to brew that year round it's definitely their best beer on the market.

I think I got it over a month ago, but I think I saw it last time I was at calandros.

Dr. Zealot,

You've had two of my favorite beers today. Cheers, sir!

I think they were looking to make this year's version a bit more sessionable, since it is available all summer and in cans. I hope the stuff does not sell very well this year and they learn their lesson and go back to making a bigger IPA, like last year's version.

Next year, I would like to see Breakside (or Crux) and Barley Brown's join them for the 3-Way...

Last year's version was so damn good. This one is not bad, but it just can't compare to the last one.

I think they got what they were looking for: a lighter, more sessionable beer. The problem is, that it goes down well, but it doesn't have any really distinguishing characteristics that make it exceptional. I don't like it as much.

I suspect that every year, 3-Way is going to be quite different from the year before.
