I worked at UPS for 7 years. Those drivers dgaf about your package. They just want to bitch about management. And how they're working too hard for $40/hr. The Teamsters vs UPS was quite entertaining.
That said, I shipped two boxes via Ups that each landed today, and have one coming my way tomorrow. I'm sure I just jinxed it. I'd use fedex in a heartbeat if it were more convenient.
