I have a feeling even if Omi has a bar (I can't recall), it's not stocked well.
But you're right. I don't even mind a restaurant on a long wait if I can snag a drink at the bar.
Much better than standing around some sad lobby.

i got it from Martins on Magazine. I think I got the last two. The manager made it seem like some black market transaction. "I got two I can give you" and then he rummaged around some back room for them.
