their beer sucks and Abyss is no exception. It maybe spends 15 minutes in a barrel and is a mediocre stout at best. Add their shitty house yeast strain on top of it and you have a very meh beer at best. 8th, I love you. I want you to be my buddy. You crack me up. Our palates are entirely different. I love Cascade. I think their beers are incredibly overpriced, but really enjoyable. I'm hoping I'll get a bottle of that Bourbonic Plague in a return box from Jax. I really want to try it. It might be shite, but it seems like an interesting experiment. I love beer not because I like to drink the same thing every day but because I like to try new and weird things.
I've only had Sahalie from Ale Apothecary, and my girlfriend and I both thought it was an awesome beer. Let's set up an exchange -- you send me all the beers you think are shite and I'll send you cases of Louisiana beer. We all win, right?
