7BD- One Claw from NC beach trip, this damn butt is lazier than me at 188F now, I should have put it in the Backwoods.

I usually get the stall around 170-ish

Well this one hit it at 166F and sat there for a few hrs, usually in my Backwoods they only take about 14hrs at 225F. First time using the BGE for a long cook, i did it cause It comes to temp faster and clean up is way easier than the Backwoods.

Love to see the finished product!

SecondBD is Trillium
Out of Trillium and Treehouse, dammit!
I don't know if I am the only one but that commercial for booking.com just came on with the guy driving the tractor to pick up all the golf ball and the guys at the driving range are teeing off and hitting his cage and then the guy throws his golf club at the cage. Crack up every time I see that commercial.

FBD - Sahalie. Don't see that in tap often...
This is a special version of Sahalie aged on cherries. Brewed for Bailey's 10th Anniversary.

FBD is a homebrew grissette. Crushable at 3.4%

Think saison light.
thinking that sound delicious!
but is the difference because of the yeast strain?

NBD - Fluffhead by Block 15. This single IPA was recently added to Block 15's regular year-round lineup. It is very different from Sticky Hands - hazy, juicy, and very dry on the finish.

Same yeast, just lower abv and bitterness, plus a little more wheat.

How is that Selfie Destruct Coater? Hope they plan to send it out. SPB needs to remind people how good they are, and they are very good.
