Our neighborhood is over all the social distancing. We had some over yesterday enjoying the kiddie pool. I think it's time to put in an adult one.

How is that one, Boo? I miss Breakside. One of the more underrated breweries in Oregon. Their hop laboratory on NW 22nd always had interesting beers on tap.

I was driving to Lowe's and the grocery store last night, and their were a lot of folks socializing in their front yards with no masks. Some appeared to be staying 6 feet away, but others were not. Saw a lot of people in their front yard with coolers of beer, pitchers of margaritas, etc. Looked like open invitations to join them.

This beer is ridiculously good. 8.5% frickboiii IPA. It has lactose and oats, but for maybe the first time, no wheat in an A | R beer. Primarily El Dorado and Idaho 7, with a touch of Amarillo, this beer is fricking soft as hell. INTENSELY juicy ripe lychee and watermelon accented by faint berry and tropics. I could do without the lactose because it tends towards the sweeter side of DIPA’s, but even with it I REALLY enjoy this beer. I snagged a 4-pack yesterday and just ordered another this morning. The ALL TOGETHER is also legit, but I’ll hold off on that until later.
