Was a two bottle limit where I got it.
Looks like I may have to go back several more days.

My understanding is the Porter is to Stout as Pale Ale is to IPA. A Porter is a lighter version of the stout.

Speaking of Porters, one of my favorites is FirstBD, Death By Coconut

FBD, many thanks to the Dozer. The snake has become the mule.

Great Notion may be known for IPAs, but they have proven that they can do stouts and sours, too.

Even though I've had DDHs, Ripe, Juice Box... I think of them the other way around

Probably because I tried their sours and stouts way before the IPAs

Not nearly as good as it was at GRD last year. I can see where the complaints are coming from. Hopefully they redeem themselves with the new triple this weekend.

Bought two 4 packs without trying it first and regret wasting suitcase space on it

I agree that it is lacking. I was hoping for more based on the great hoppy stuff that Parish has been pumping out on the reg.

I've heard good things about the triple. We'll see.

I haven’t had the two new releases, but Nova Vert was less than mediocre to me. I appreciate what Parish has done for the beer game in Louisiana, but it doesn’t mean they hit on every beer that they release. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if they nail this triple ipa though.

Actually the hardest thing to do in hops, in my decidedly unprofessional opinion.

Triple IPAs are generally boozy or malty, and oftentimes both. If they nail this one I'll be surprised.

Still, I like what they are doing in regards to throwing out a bunch of new hops. Not every beer has to be the best beer you've ever had. Just keep making them, and churn out new ones. With their reputation, they'll build a ton of excitement and interest, and they'll sell a ton along the way. Of course that assumes they are at least above average. If they throw out a bunch of DDH Blood Orange Envie caliber stuff it will backfire.

Are we ever going to see Bloom again? By far my favorite non ghost Parish Beer. I hope they didn’t frick with the recipe. Nova isn’t that same as Opus in my opinion.
