FBD no glass at the pool

FBD starting light, coors light.
ETA: I thought no glass at the pool was kind of a known universal rule, which you learn at about 8 years of age. It’s a rule here that is reiterated constantly, yet I still see it. Anyway, get off my lawn.

Just turned 46. Sold my Chicago condo when we moved down here last year. Gonna likely drop $1MM when we buy so saving up for a bit longer to max the down payment. Love where we live now though.
ETA: We also wanted to live like we were on vacation for a while and get familiar with the area and confirm where we wanted to be before dropping that kind of money. I hope that’s ok.

FBD Hazy. Yeah, my wife and I looked at a bigger house listed at 960 in Santa Fe twice this weekend and I was going to margin one of my taxable accts at ChS for half the price and mortgage the rest and that was going to be 34-35k in interest alone compared to 49 more months at our current house at 1.625% and after listening to the road noise inside the prospective house and no sidewalks I was no bueno. Would have sold our existing house to settle the margin account. I think if we are selling it will be to move to another state.
