Looks solid bbrou! What do you think it's missing. First time I ever did a pork butt I under seasoned and I cooked it too hit and too fast. Looks cooked well for sure. Lots of juice.

It was more the appearance. I wanted a bigger smoke ring. But it tasted smokey. I'm really pleased for my first time. Moist. Flavorful. Tasty.

Thanks. I cheated and used presliced pepperonis. Also I usually use parchment paper but I was out and used cornmeal instead. I actually like it better this way. Second pizza is underway. Wheat crust, ranch dressing (first time trying it as a base), smoked chicken (store bought), tomatoes, jalapeños, smoked mozzerrella, and bacon. We'll see how it turns out but can't suck
This southern tier iniquity black ale is pretty good but nowhere close to wookey
