Anybody tried the new Firestone DIPA?
Also, Modern Times is coming to Portland. Never had a single one of their beers, but have heard good things. Belmont Station listed the beers they will have. Any that I should snatch up?
Draft list will include:
Lomaland Saison
Booming Roller IPA
Orderville IPA
Dymaxion Pale Ale
City of the Dead Bourbon Barrel Coffee Stout
Black House (Nitro) Coffee Stout
As per usual with so many different styles and flavors, we will have stacks on stacks of a number of their 16 oz. cans as well as a number of their 22 oz. bottles.
City of the Dead
Fruitlands Passion Fruit/Guava Gose
Blazing World
Booming Rollers
Orderville
Dymaxiom

Found some Firestone Walker Double Jack at a store in Santa Fe earlier this morning. Got all excited, then saw the November '16 bottled date.
Picked up a Helldorado as a consoloation prize.
Anyone here want a 2016 Helldorado in exchange for something else??

2BD is a Santa Fe Snowflake DIPA.
I've never really cared much for Santa Fe beers, other than Java Stout which is one of my favorite non-barrel stouts. This beer is no different. Very average, but I had to at least give it a shot.

3BD: Bosque Elephants on Parade
You baws who like the fruit/sour beers would probably like this one a lot. I don't care for the style, but it's actually refreshing with a spicy dish.

Henry could take 2 bulldogs.
2BD is another Envie. I went on a little beer run today and didn't see any fresh hops, so I am sticking with Envie. It is so good to have fresh Envie available all the time.

There ain't a damn thing wrong with fresh Envie. I guess the only problem is wanting a little variety every now and then.
