Its a solid drinker, not cloyingly sweet like a lot of haze. Their Supercritical west coast pale ale is my new fav.

I’m digging it. Saw Manhattan Project beers at Specs Smith St last week and at my local HEB now has about 5 of their beers.

Thought it was going to be like the old Southern Tier Creme Brulee, .5 seconds in on the first sip it tasted like it. Then it was saved by a light taste of sour that brought it back in check.

Nice little beeyah.

Hoppenheimer is another good west coast. They used to pour that one at local homebrew competitions 10 years ago before they started the brewery.

SBD Boulevard Sith Glass Quad, great beer. The micro humming birds out here are crazy.
