Chimes east. Are these collector bottles or something? What’s the deal?

That's pretty standard cellar prices at a restaurant/beer bar. I wouldn't pay it, but someone will. They're about half that price at stores.
People don't bat an eye at paying $40/bottle for $15 wine at restaurants. Some of those beers take just as much time and effort as a bottle of wine.

That Cascade was probably $25 to $30 retail.

Yep. A bottle of 14 hands is $10 in the store and $25-30 at a restaurant

Calandros BR has Trip in the Woods for $21, so that’s almost double retail

Chimes East price's are higher than the same beer at Highland.

Calandro's doesn't mind sticking it to the customer. I get a rude vibe when I go to the Perkins store. Shop mainly at Oak Point now.
