My kind of guy. At this stage of life I just can't afford another hobby but when I retire I'm going to be a home brewing fool

FBD & SBD: NOLA Blonde at fest international with rutiger

TBD: NOLA Hurricane Saison. Has a nice sourness to it.
FBD: NOLA Blonde
5BD: NOLA 7th Street Wheat
6BD: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Saw Beats Antique, Radio Radio, Pine Leaf Boys, Soul Rebels Brass Band, some african band, and Gary Clark Jr. Great Night. Pray that rutiger makes it back to BR safely.

Safe and sound.

Good times were had by all.

Wanted to comment on the DFH Trean'ale. Interesting beer. Not sure I like it much. Seems like there is too much going on and it ends up with a taste that is lacking.

Need to try the ommegang

Absolutely. Ommegang is the best American brewer of Belgian style ales IMO.

What's up with their Belgian stout? Almost picked one up from the convenience store last night.

I have not tried it. I don't think I've ever seen it in BR.

Maybe I am remembering wrong. Seems like they only have a historical stout, not one in their regular rotation.

I know it was Omegagang was right next door to the Alagash Black so maybe I am thinking of that.
