1st pickup is a Karbach El Hopadillo--black ipa. Probably doesn't compare to the Dr. Hoptagon but you can't beat the 4.99 price.

I would say that Firestone Walker brews should be high on the list. double jack being one.

Karbach Hopadillo, Avery IPA, Oskar Blue's stuff. DFH 90, Jester King, etc..

ETA forgot Firestone Walker is there now

Deep Ellum IPA...and check the dates on the IPAs.

I know you said no stouts, but you ought to try Lakewood Temptress if they have it...it is one of the best stouts I have ever had
