NBD-another Hinterland Citra IPA with dinner.

Dinner. Wow. Easily up there with any of the top spots in NOLA or LA. My youngest might have won the prize with the halibut. One of the best fish dishes I've ever tasted.

Been a good day.

Started in the belly of the beast with a tour at Miller. Wanted to see what it was like to brew on such a large scale. FBD was a Miller lite, 2 was a High life, 3 was a Leinenkugels Wisconsin Red (not bad)m

Moved on to Lakefront, which had the most entertaining tour I've been on, along with some solid beer.

Finally went to Milwaukee Brewing, which again had some good beer, especially the raspberry tart.

I'm pescetarian.....but I recently found some pretty good andouille....most fake sausage is crap. So I am giving it a try in the Boudin Balls....first 4 I just ate were damn strong.

coater hit some great places in the Bay View neighborhood. Sugar Maple and Burnhearts are awesome. And Highbury is the name of the soccer bar.
