FBD is my second to last DDH Ghost. It’s definitely crossed the threshold and that extracty sweet malt character is pushing in on a waning hop character. Last week and the week prior were it’s prime for my batches. It is what I thought it would be for my first batch trying it.
Gumbo going on in this great weather. Made homemade chicken stock with a Costco rotisserie Thursday that I’ll be using today. First gumbo of the season!
