Do y'all have a suggestion for a paring with smoked boudin stuffed bacon wrapped smoked pork tenderloin? I was thinking an ipa that is lighter on the hips and heavier on the citrus would do well. If I had another parish farmhouse I think that would have been perfect.

I find that my autotext mistakes increase at an exponential rate once a beer is introduced.

One of the few that Texas doesn't have and my nuke failed to secure while in Florida. Eta I might have to check the cellar.

Yep, and $10 pitchers on Thursdays. And a pitcher of Timber Beast is only $13 every other day. I bet I can't buy 2 pints of it for that next door.
