The good stuff sells easier and doesnt need to be widely distribited.

QC becomes an issue. Alot of these craft brewers dont want to sell out and have half assed beer just to expand thier market.

Plus, upgrading tanks aint cheap.

Kim, jesse's was fantastic again. Our friends loved it. Got the oysters lydia ap which was divine. My wife got the coffee rubbed filet and I got the stuffed filet. Both were tremendous! Tomorrow night is camellia cafe.

I have been there once before and think it is some of the best food I have ever tasted. Hopefully tomorrow night does not disappoint.
